As you guys know Covid-19 and Brexit has hit many businesses and its caused a lot of businesses to lose business overseas. We didn't want to be that company charging over priced shipping for orders outside the UK, so we have welcomed to the family Kuku Global this will be our international fulfilment centre that will allow us to ship products over seas and allow us to bring in new premium products. 

There will be separate products in our Kuku Global shipment methods each product is categorised & marked with the fulfilment centre its based at.

We have 2 fulfilment centres, one in the UK which will be categorised with Kuku Warehouse & our Kuku Global Fulfilment Centre which will be categorised with Kuku Global. Please make sure to check the product you are purchasing to see the shipping time frames as they will vary with each warehouse. 

 

As with our Kuku Global the shipping does take longer due to our international team shipping the items

Important : For Kuku Global Products you will get a Separate Tracking Number 48 hours after purchasing the products as our international warehouse will fulfil that product order.

Combination Shipping 

As Kuku Global has been introduced we will have a number of products shipped from our international warehouses which does require a different shipping fee as it will be shipped worldwide, this can cause a combination shipping charge if you purchase from our international warehouse and our UK warehouse at the same time the shipping fee's may be combined depending on your basket total. 

If you add £20 worth of items from the UK Warehouse and 1 item from the international Warehouse - UK Customers will get free shipping from the UK Warehouse and will just need to pay the fee of £2.83 for the International warehouse courier services. If UK Customers have baskets less than £20 they may need to pay a combination shipping fee

We will have each product coded with the fulfilment centre it will be located at - You will find it on each product listing.

Return Policy  

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If the returned item is verified, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

On Kuku Global Products we do not allow Exchanges, due to them being shipped internationally
